What people often ask about working with us.
We can hold the first meeting at our office, by phone or by video call. Simply write to us on WhatsApp or through the contact form; we will agree on a suitable time, listen to your matter and explain your legal position and the options available.
Fees are set in a written agreement, taking into account the nature, scope and expected duration of the matter, and never below the Union of Turkish Bar Associations' minimum fee tariff. Court costs such as fees and expert costs are not included and are disclosed clearly at the outset.
No. Bar membership allows lawyers to practise anywhere in Turkey. We follow matters in other cities through the national judicial system (UYAP) and by attending hearings where necessary.
Duration depends on the type of case, the court's workload and steps such as expert examination and witness hearings. At the first meeting we share a realistic timeline for your matter and keep you updated on any changes.
Bring your ID and any document related to the matter: contracts, title deeds, lease agreements, notifications you have received, court or enforcement papers, correspondence, receipts and photographs. We will identify any missing documents together.
We inform you regularly of every significant development in your file. You can also view your court and enforcement files yourself through the UYAP Citizen Portal on e-Devlet.
Fill in the form or write to us on WhatsApp, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
